STRESS AND COVID-19
Who is stressed during this time of COVID-19? I am, and I am sure that most of you are as well. Due to frequent requests for how to deal with this stress and anxiety, I have put together a recording/slides regarding some suggestions. Coping with Anxiety and Stress During COVID-19. To hear me, make sure your speakers are on, and that you start the slide-show (go to “Slide Show” and “From Beginning”).
I also did a Facebook Live session on how to talk with anxious children about COVID-19. We had some technical problems early on, so you may want to fast forward the first few minutes:https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10163307095960442&id=580460441?sfnsn=mo&extid=4xtjgOeOe0RZJUFG&d=n&vh=i
